Television and Radio Personality, Amanda Jissih has revealed that while she was dating Prince Bright of Buk Bak fame several years ago, he was married to another woman.
Speaking in an interview, she detailed why she ended her relationship with Prince Bright. Amanda explained that she wasn’t aware that Prince Bright was married at the time and he never told her about his wife.
“We dated for years. And I was really upset with him when he granted those interviews somewhere last year. So, I called him that if he wants to grant interviews, he should but he should leave me out of the convo. It was all from lies that he told me when we were dating. So, I had to call his ex-wife to ask if she was bitter at the time because I was dating her husband because I wasn’t aware she was in the picture. She said she didn’t hold anything against me because she knew I wasn’t aware Prince was married to her.”
Amanda discloses truth behind breakup
When asked if indeed she wasn’t aware Prince was married, she replied “He told me he was divorced”.
Amanda mentioned that Prince Bright had not been disclosing the whole truth when he grants interviews about their relationship. She explained that she and the artist never sat down to talk about their breakup like he claims when he is being interviewed. She further disclosed how they actually broke up.
“So, when he granted interviews and was saying that we never talked about marriage and that was quite annoying. I mean who gets into a relationship without talking about marriage. He sat in the interview and said we talked about the breakup, no we didn’t. I went to the studio and I got information that he is out of the country. He later called me that he had traveled out of the country and I was like okay. That wasn’t the first time. So, this when it happened again, I was like this is it because I was speculating;that he had married someone outside the country”.
Background of the story
It can be recalled that in an interview in 2018, Bright admitted that he and Amanda;were in a serious relationship but they managed to stay together on the blind side of many Ghanaians.
The musician revealed during the conversation that they dated;for a couple of months before they decided to end the relationship. Bright noted during the interview that the two never talked about marriage during their relationship. According to him, they only wanted the best out of the affair.
Reacting to rumors that his constant cheating on Amanda collapsed their beautiful relationship, the rapper said: “I respect myself so I date one lady at a time.”
He further emphasized that most people have the wrong perception that he is a womanizer but he hardly defends himself whenever that subject pops up and that makes them believe it is true, however that assertion is entirely false.
On why his relationship with Amanda Jissih collapsed, Prince Bright made it clear that many things were going wrong for them so the two thought it wise to end their affair.
