“Afia Schwarzenegger, you can’t be quiet for two years, the two years the judge has given you to keep quiet and not insult and not insult anyone on social media, you can’t.

“The GHC60,000 Ghana cedis you were asked to pay, you paid it with ease because it is not a lot of money when you borrow from people”.

He further stated that she would choose to remain in custody for 10 days if the judge had entirely banned her from using social media.

“You know very well that if the judge had banned you from social media for two years, you would have taken the 10 days jail term without argument. That’s why I am saying, if you act smart on this earth, when you see a goat, you will greet it, Good morning”.

Tornado added saying;

“Ghanaians you’ve heard the breaking news already, it’s not me, Automatic, that will have to inform you. The judge has judged the case between Afia Schwarzenegger and Chairman Wontumi. We are winning”.

He also added that the two years is a racecourse for Afia Schwarzenegger.

In an exclusive interview, Maurice Ampaw, Chairman Wontumi’s attorney, also said that part of Afia Schwarzenegger’s sentencing included a two-year restriction on social media, and if she violated the rules, she would have a new sentence imposed on her.

“This is the latest news, and this is more painful. Afia ought to be monitored by every single Ghanaian on social media.

“If she engages in any social media insults or beef, the court said we should arraign her before the court for another sentence”.

The Tema High Court ordered controversial Ghanaian comedian Afia Schwarzenegger to pay GHC60,000 instead of a jail sentence.

This happened during her contempt case hearing on January 31, 2023.

According to reports, apart from paying the said amount, she has been banned from social media banter for two years.

The socialite was held by the Tema High Court at the moment, and the court ordered that she be freed after the full amount of the assigned funds have been paid.

The controversial media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger was a few months back charged for contempt of court in her case involving famous Ghanaian politician, Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi.

She was sentenced to a 10-day prison for contempt of court. According to reports, although a branch warrant was issued for the arrest of Afia Schwarzenegger, the media personality never served her sentence.

Her lawyers, however, on December 20, 2022, moved a motion on notice for a variation of the sentence.

The Tema Circuit Court also fined Nana Ama McBrown, A Plus, Fadda Dickson, and the Management of the United Showbiz program GHC 60, 000 each for contempt.

This came with Chairman Wontumi suing Nana Ama McBrown, Afia Schwarzenegger, Mr. Aplus, Mr. Logic, and the Management of the United Showbiz Show for discussing on live TV which served as defamation to him.
