In March this year, actress and entrepreneur Fella Makafui showered herself with a luxurious Santos de Cartier watch.

The actress in an Instagram post said, “Ain’t nothing wrong in spoiling yourself” as she unboxed the Cartier watch in a video posted online.

Her post garnered admiration for her lavish lifestyle with many fans amused by Fella’s gift for herself.

Fella Makafui disclosed that she acquired the watch for an amount of $8000 equivalent to GH¢110,800.00 at the time of publication of this article.

Cartier is a Swiss-made luxurious watch although the Founder of Cartier watches is French.

According to Cartier’s official website, the price of the opulent watch starts at $7,750 (GH¢101,129.44), and it goes up from there depending on customization options like strap, case size, material, etc.

Discussing her new movie titled ‘Resonance’, Makafui stated that she sacrificed her desire to purchase other luxurious gifts to allow her to save enough funds for her movie production.

She noted that she had wanted to get herself more luxurious gifts in addition to the Cartier Watch during her trip in March but after further discussions with her team about the production of ‘Resonance’, she had to forego the other gifts.

Fella Makafui is currently on a media tour promoting her movie, ‘Resonance’ which is set to be premiered on May 11, at the Silverbird Cinemas at Accra Mall and West Hills Mall.
