Beyond Parliament, the students extended their tour to other key institutions, including the Ghana Police Headquarters, where they participated in an educational orientation session.

The visit aimed to broaden their knowledge of national security operations and the role of law enforcement in governance.

Additionally, they explored the Kwame Nkrumah Museum, gaining insight into the history and legacy of Ghana’s first president.

The experience was designed to instill a deeper understanding of Ghana’s political heritage and inspire a sense of national pride among the students.

During the visit, the Minister for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Hon. Emelia Arthur, took a moment to engage with the students, particularly the young females, encouraging them to pursue their education with determination.

She assured them that “female empowerment initiatives will be made available to support girls in completing their education and unlocking their full potential.”

Hon. Boam noted this, emphasizing the government’s commitment to gender equality in education.

Hon. Dominic Napare, the Bono East Regional Caucus Leader, also celebrated the students’ achievements, urging them to remain focused on their studies.

“We recognize your dedication and hard work. Education is the key to unlocking your future, and we will continue to support you in every way possible,” he assured.

The visit was not only a reward for their outstanding performance in the quiz competition but also an initiative aimed at inspiring academic excellence and civic responsibility.
