The Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, who doubles as the Acting Minister of Environment, Science, and Technology, Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah (MP), has led a delegation to Belém, Brazil to on behalf of the government, participate in (COP30), the 30th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
As part of his outlined activities, the Acting Minister for Environment, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, will deliver the nation’s statement at the Summit of Heads of State on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
