 Inlaks Successfully Implement Temenos Core Banking Solution For FNB Ghana

Inlaks, a leading ICT infrastructure and systems integrator in Sub-Saharan Africa, has successfully implemented Temenos Transact for First National Bank (FNB), Ghana to enhance customer engagement and provide consistent and seamless experiences across various channels.

The project is in four phases with the first phase focused on configuring the Inflexion Core Lite Solution, Data Migration, and Third-Party integrations to facilitate the bank’s transition to the latest Temenos Transact software.

Femi Muraino, Executive Director of Inlaks, commenting on the impact of the Temenos Transact implementation for FNB Ghana, hailed the project, noting that it will enhance customer service.

The new system offers enhanced features and functionality, including real-time processing and improved security. Other services provided as part of the project include system analysis, system design, system integration, and testing. Inlaks provided training to FNBG staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

Commenting on the successful implementation of Temenos Transact, the Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank, Warren Adams said “This is a big leap for us at First National Bank. We appreciate the continued collaboration, diligence and capabilities brought to bear by the Inlaks team. We will continue to invest in platforms that will enable us to serve our customers safely, easily, and intuitively.”

Temenos Transact is a core banking system that enables banks to scale up their operations using cloud platforms and infrastructure, offering personalized customer products for improved efficiency.

Temenos Transact is the most used digital core banking solution providing an extensive set of banking functionalities that enables an impactful customer experience. The latest implementation project by Inlaks resulted in enhanced features and functionality, including real-time processing and improved security improvement of banking operations.

Inlaks, meanwhile, has been recognized as an Outstanding Technology Company driving Financial Inclusion strategies in Africa. The company received this recognition during the Microfinance Transformational Masterclass and Financial Inclusion Awards in Sierra Leone. The three-day workshop organized by the Central Bank of Sierra Leone aimed to boost the growth of Microfinance Banks, Credit Funding, and Community Banks, with a particular focus on supporting SMEs.

Providing Financial Institutions with The Right Tools to Improve Customer Experience

Joseph Agyeman Badu, Head of Business Development, Africa Operations, and Olaitan Ojo, Sales Account Manager, Inlaks, said the company is providing financial institutions with the right tools to improve customer experience. These products are offered through the Inlaks Digital Solutions 2.0 consisting of the Customer Relationship Management platform which handles Customer Complaints, and a Self-Service Portal for seamless customer engagement, the Inlaks Dormant Accounts Management System, Branch Digitization and Omnichannel Digitization.
