Requirements
- Applicants from all countries are welcome to apply.
- You can apply if you are a ward of the state or an orphan.
- Applicants living in public housing that is paid for by the federal government, in a foster home, or are homeless are eligible
- Applicants must be part of the Federal Free or Reduced Price Lunch Program or be eligible to join.
- Also, they have to meet the requirements to get a fee waiver for the ACT or SAT.
- Candidates will have to pay an $80 application fee or a fee waiver
