Ecobank Ghana PLC has signed a partnership agreement with HDG Homes Limited to, among others, provide mortgage financing to support clients who want to purchase landed properties developed by HDG Homes or its subsidiaries.
Stephen Owusu, the founder and CEO of HDG Homes Limited, speaking at the signing ceremony announced the company’s excitement to form a corporation with Ecobank on Kensington Heights – first development in Airport City Kumasi.

According to Dr. Botchway, the bank is ready to offer greater percentage of financing for a beneficiary’s HDG Homes property choice, adding that the package forms part of Ecobank’s Home Mortgage programme which unlocks homeownership.
Present at the ceremony were senior officials of both Ecobank Ghana and HDG Homes.
Airport City Development Project
The Ghc300 million development project Airport City Kumasi, located on a 55-acre premium piece of land in Kumasi, is being spearheaded by HDG Homes.
The Airport City Kumasi project represents a pioneering endeavour on the African continent, offering customers a diverse range of residential options, including suites, apartments, penthouses, and townhouses, catering to the preferences and lifestyles of clients.
