Speaking at the launch of ESI DONEWELL, Mr Seth Aklasi, CEO of Donewell Insurance and President of the Ghana Insurers Association expressed his excitement about the innovative platform, highlighting its potential to redefine the customer experience in the insurance industry.
Mr Seth Aklasi noted, however, that beyond convenience, his company seeks to deliver actual value to consumers with the goal of changing the narrative on motor insurance, where some users acquire vehicle insurance because it is required by law and also to avoid police arrests. “That is where we want to get to; providing solutions. Consumers should realize the value of insurance they buy and that is what as insurers, we should begin to focus on”, he said.
