Actress Discloses How Women Were Swayed by Hajia4Reall’s Lavish Lifestyle

Christiana Awuni

Kumawood actress, Christiana Awuni has stated that Hajis4Reall deceived many young women with her lavish lifestyle, leading them to hope they could attain similar wealth.

According to the actress, many women were swayed by Hajia4Reall’s wealth and engaged in illicit activities to also accumulate riches, a situation she finds concerning.

“Today, she’s convicted; tomorrow, it could be someone else because many people are involved in such activities. God will expose all those implicated. It’s wrong to pursue wealth through illegitimate means. She rushed into luxury, and it didn’t end well for her.”

Christian Awuni

The actress added that Hajia4reall’s conviction should serve as a lesson to everyone engaged in such [romance scam] activities.

“It’s heartbreaking that this happened to her. I was saddened when I heard because she’s a nice girl who could have achieved great things the right way. She deceived women.

“She led many into temptation. I’m sure they’ll learn from this now. Her lavish lifestyle led many astray. I was even shocked by her extravagance. Let’s be cautious. Not everything that glitters is gold.”

Her statement comes after the socialite was sentenced to one year and one day in the United States for a romance scam.

Meanwhile, radio presenter Nana Romeo advised women to inspect closely the source of their partners’ funds.

Expressing concern over Hajia4Reall’s tainted reputation, he suggested that this could have been avoided with proper due diligence.

“The stigma will haunt her for the rest of her life,” said Nana Romeo.

“Already, people are saying all manner of things even when you’re living your normal life; how much more when you’ve been caught and convinced? That is my worry. I’m worried about whether or not she can still be bubbly and live her life.”

Nana Romeo

Nana Romeo noted that women should be concerned when a man spends so much on them, citing that Hajia4Reall mentioned her baby daddy having introduced her to a romance scam.

“Some women are unperturbed about that; all they care about is you’ve given them money. But you should know the source of the money to be safe. Sometimes, just investigate because you may not be told about the source.

“Let this guide you; Hajia is out there, we don’t know about the baby daddy, so, don’t just be focused on the money. Be concerned about the source as well so you can save your life.”

Ghanaian actor, Big Akwes issued a warning, threatening to reveal musicians who participate in romance scams if provoked.

He claims to be aware of prominent musicians who involve their spouses in romance scams to accumulate substantial wealth.

“People discussing Hajia4Reall’s situation are quick to judge her online. I’m aware of musicians who involve their wives in similar activities. There are musicians in Ghana who use their wives to swindle foreigners. These aren’t mere allegations; I’m certain of these occurrences and will mention names if challenged.”

Big Akwes

According to him, the truth will prevail when the women involved decide to speak out.

“Moreover, there are Ghanaians overseas engaging in such schemes. Some even lend their bank accounts to fraudsters for money laundering. It’s only upon arrest that they realize the gravity of their actions.”

Hajia 4Reall was extradited to the United States from the United Kingdom for her alleged involvement in a $2 million romance scam, locally known as ‘sakawa’, targeting older, sing Americans in May 2023.

In February 2024, Hajia4Reall pleaded guilty to the $2 million romance scam case. According to the United States Attorney’s Office website, the socialite pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to receive stolen money.
