Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele, has sparked reactions from her fans over a photo of her and singer, Falz.
Funke premiered her much-talked-about movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa, on Sunday, December 8, and as expected, many celebrities from different industries showed their support for her.
In a viral video from the event, the filmmaker was captured with Falz serving hot chemistry at the after-party.
The two were all loved up as they posed for the camera, and in another clip, the actors were captured on stage rocking each other as they battled on the dance floor.
Taking to her Instagram page, Funke shared a loved-up photo of her and the singer with several love emojis.
Taking to her comment section, her fans queried if she was in a relationship with the singer.

In October, Falz had reaffirmed his love for Funke Akindele. Sharing photos from his London show, Falz rocked his page with cozy moments between the two, as he marveled at Akindele’s show of love and support for him.
He appreciated her for always leaning towards him whenever he needed her.
This came after Funke had surprised him on stage at his show and had accused him of forsaking his Jenifa love for another.
There is no doubt that Funke and Falz share a cordial bond from the on-screen relationship in the Jenifa Diary series to the upcoming Everybody Loves Jenifa movie.
Funke Akindele Shocks Fans With First Onscreen Kiss
The renowned Nollywood actress and producer left many talking after her first on-screen kiss in her upcoming movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa.
Some members of the selected audience at the event spoke unanimously about how shocked they were to see Funke Akindele share a romantic kiss with an actor on screen, noting that it was their first time witnessing such a moment from her.
A Nollywood actor who spoke on the condition of anonymity said, “I must confess, I was surprised to see Funke having such a kiss.”
“At first, I doubted she would kiss the actor. I even bet with a friend sitting next to me at the cinema that she would never kiss. Despite seeing the closeness between her and the actor, I was still doubtful. But in the next scene, it happened, she kissed the actor.
“And I was really surprised. That is literally my first time seeing her do such on screen. But regardless, the movie is an interesting one. You’ll definitely laugh away your sorrows. I encourage everyone to watch it once it’s out on December 13th, 2024.”

Continuing, another prominent Nollywood actor, who was also part of the selected audience for the movie premiere, disclosed that Funke Akindele isn’t called the queen of Nollywood for nothing.
