Keyshia Ka’oir Davis, the wife of popular hip-hop rapper, Gucci Mane, shared a post to her Instagram story revealing that she received 1million dollars as the outlandish ‘push’ present from her husband.
Gucci Mane and his wife, Keyshia Ka’oir Davis, welcomed their first child together last month. As customary with childbirth, Gucci recently gifted his wife with a ‘push’ present- a gift a partner or the mother’s family gives to the birthing mother to mark the occasion of her giving birth to a child.
“My husband just gave me $1M for my ‘push’ present,” she wrote. “WTH!!! @laflare1017.” She added several different emojis indicating she was feeling loved, emotional, and indifferent all at the same time.
In addition to the $1 million from her husband, she also received a $250 silver Tiffany silverware set from Beyoncé.
In the same round of Instagram Stories, Davis also revealed she’d received a Louis Vuitton cube for their baby, Ice. This is the first child for the couple, but they each have children from previous relationships. Gucci is father to a 12-year-old son, while Davis has two daughters and a son.
They announced the pregnancy in August with a pair of photos showing off Davis’ baby bump. Gucci wrote in the caption, “My beautiful wife pregnant, life is good.”
Baby Ice was born on December 23, and Davis was naturally thrilled, writing on Instagram, “OMG, he is soooooo darn CUTE & PERFECT.”
It can be recalled that Davis and Gucci tied the knot in 2017 during a lavish Miami ceremony at the Four Seasons. The soiree was broadcast live on BET so fans could witness the wedding from the comfort of their own homes. Live attendees included Diddy, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, and Big Sean.
Meanwhile, about a week ago, Gucci Mane received a lavishly Christmas gift from his wife, Davis. The rapper got the ultimate jewelry set for Christmas, kind courtesy of his wife. She placed a custom order for a Cuban link chain, bracelet, and a giant pendant with a shout out to their child together. Gucci claims it’s the biggest Cuban link ever made, and reports that came in confirmed he’s right.
Sources said the 3-piece set was done by Pristine Jewelers in New York City, and there’s a total of 540 carats of diamonds, as it all weighs a whopping 10 kilos. That’s about 22 pounds to the people of America.
The chain clocks in at 32 inches in length and 2 and a half inches wide, while the pendant is half the size of a Subway foot-long, thus, 6inches. Speaking of the pendant, it reads “ICE DADDY”, which was meant to honor Gucci and Keyshia’s newborn boy, Ice.
The whole set is worth 2.5 million dollars and its touted to be one of the biggest piece in the history of hip-hop dress code since Jay-Z got one about the same size once upon a time but it wasn’t nearly as ‘Icy’ as Gucci’s therefore, Gucci Mane is in a league of his own here.
