One of Ghana’s favorite artists, Guru, has recounted how he was poisoned by his best friend.
Guru revealed that his best friend confessed to poisoning him after he had been rushed to the hospital.
Recall that Rapper Guru revealed the harrowing experience he went through not too long ago which nearly brought his career to an end.
According to him, one of his crew members poisoned him and attacked him spiritually. He said this team member has tried to get him out of the way a couple of times but on a particular occasion he handed him a bottle of water laced with poison while he was on stage performing.
Also, the musician said that he realized he couldn’t talk while performing and had to run off stage because of a spiritual attack.
He said no sooner had he drank the water than he started feeling dizzy and went blank. The former serial hitmaker said later felt sharp pains in his stomach and throat.
After several scans and tests in the hospital, some strange substances were expelled from his throat after the initial examination proved there was nothing wrong with him.
He disclosed that it persisted for about eight months and more and tests still proved futile.
He further revealed that a pastor had told him what was happening to him was a spiritual attack.
Well, after a long time, Guru has finally decided to reveal the person behind his near-death experience.
He further advised:
“We fight everyday with are our minds and with our spiritual self. You know that not everyone will love you at your workplace. I’ll advice everyone to be careful about what they take in mostly, and whoever is at your circle, especially close friends. Because no one can come from outside to harm you but those close to you. Sometimes is not your family members but the people around you, so be careful”.

Guru explains why he went back to the University
The Ghanaian musician revealed that he went back to the University to study Political Science and ensure that his GPA is at a better standing.
He explained that God has been so good to him because his dream of getting a better GPA came true, adding that he is back to the music scene.
The artist said that he doesn’t want to disappoint his day one fan because he’s got a bigger dream better than anything else.
He disclosed that he has dropped a new banger which talks about social life, and happenings with the attitude of both men and women.
Also, Guru revealed the attitude his dad put up anytime he returns from a trip abroad now makes sense to him, adding that he now understands why his dad rolled his car glass anytime and doesn’t even greet neighbors.
Citing an example of what had happened to him in the music industry, with close friends trying to harm him made him understand his father better.
He explained that with the kind of work he is doing, he must be careful with the kind of people he finds himself with.
The ‘Lapaz Toyota’ crooner said the impact of his brand has been so big because he and his people have gone everywhere in the music industry, so they know much about show business, so there is nothing about music that he doesn’t know.
He also revealed that his greatest regret in life was not having a girlfriend to build with in life before becoming a superstar.
Guru claims that most of the ladies he has met after fame are monsters and can’t cope with his busy schedule.
