Kuami Eugene’s lookalike, Abrokwah has exclusively revealed that he wants to meet the Rockstar but he has some fears.
Speaking in an exclusive interview, Abrokwah disclosed that he realized that he shares a striking resemblance with the singer during his SHS days.
According to Abrokwah who claims to hail from Asuom in the Eastern Region but currently resides in Accra, It is his dream to meet the ‘Angela’ hitmaker but he’s afraid he will bounce him when he approaches him.
In the course of the interview, Kuami Eugene’s lookalike clarified that he has never used Kuami Eugene’s brand to charge for shows.
Abrokwah explained that the trending video of him performing at an event is a false representation of his character because he isn’t an imposter as alleged by a set of critics on the internet
Abrokwah claimed that the event was a TikTok awards ceremony and he was called on stage to perform at the event by an organizer.
He additionally vehemently denied the claims that he charged for the show.
Some Fadama boys wanted to ‘mafia’ my boastful look-alike
Multiple award-winning artiste, Kuami Eugene revealed that his boys in Fadama, a suburb of Accra asked for his permission to go ahead and ‘mafia’ his look-alike.
The issue of look-alikes has become topical on social media after a group of young men who claim to be lookalikes of some celebrities formed an association and started granting media interviews.
In an interview, Kuami Eugene said:
“I’m scared for my lookalike because where I come from they don’t like that and the reason why they didn’t act in the first place was that I told them to leave him to have fun”.

He disclosed:
“I told them if he’s not playing shows and he’s not doing so much but just showing love to Kuami Eugene then let him express himself. I come from Fadama so they were like super this guy make we mafia am and I told them to allow him cos he’s just having fun but now they said we told you to allow us to mafia am you see that now he dey perform?
“I told them you guys should calm down so people don’t really like what’s going on and if you are enjoying it you don’t really see the negative aspect of it until the negative side comes in”.

“By then you’ve done the worse so I’m just saying real quick calm down, whatever fun you’re getting, try to put a stop to it because it’ll probably not end well”.

‘Single’ hitmaker, Kuami Eugene known in real life as Eugene Kwame Marfo said that his lookalike will regret parading himself as his fake version.
He stated:
“In those days people used to dress and act like the superstars they admire but I never saw one of them going on stage to go and perform their songs”.

“That’s like maximum disrespect so it’s another story when you love the person and want to represent the person on social media but when it gets to a level when it’s becoming too much”.

During the conversation, Kuami Eugene said he’s a brand and a business entity so his lookalike should stop until it ends badly.
He added:
“You see what’s going on and you’re enjoying it, that’s why I said people are just selfish because he’s enjoying that fame and that attention at this particular time nothing is stopping him.
“Until the whole thing ends bad and then they’ll regret it because I’m a brand and a whole business and I’ll just say trust me it looks good but if you’re enjoying it won’t last”.
