Nigerian singer, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, also known as Kizz Daniel, has showered accolades on some of his senior colleagues.

The singer described Olamide Adedeji, simply known as Olamide, as the godfather of the new music industry.

Kizz Daniel also classified music producer Michael Collins Ajere, popularly known as Don Jazzy, and music star Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, better known as Phyno, in the same category as Olamide.

The ‘Rich Till I Die’ hitmaker’s tweet was spurred by a fan Ayomilekan, who said Olamide is a blessing to the industry and is among those who paved the way for the current generation of singers.

This was before a fan of Davido asked Kizz Daniel to diss Wizkid, but he refused and said that he respects those who were in the industry before him.

This made Ayomilekan add Olamide’s name to the list of artists who were before Kizz Daniel’s set, to which the latter affirmed.

The ‘Buga’ crooner, known for his hit songs, engaged in an online conversation with fans, where members of the 30BG fanbase expressed that they also have much love for Kizz Daniel.

In response, Kizz Daniel encouraged the fans to show their love in more tangible ways. He wrote: “Then let 30BG show it … Y’all are rugged and hyped, Vaddicts are calculative and wise, perfect blend.”

The conversation took a turn when another fan dared the singer to diss Wizkid, following the ongoing feud between Wizkid and Davido. The fan, @continentalBoy2, wrote: “Diss Wizkid Abeg I want check something.”

However, Kizz Daniel refused to take the bait.

“I bet 30BG will love this 🤣 na machala and baddest workings most of us dey enjoy now, it will be unwise my brother ✌🏾 Respect the ones before you.”

Kizz Daniel isn’t running out of steam as he returns with an exciting new collaboration titled ‘Pano Tona’ with his colleague, Adekunle Gold.

Produced by frequent collaborators Philkeys, Blaise Beat, and Reward Beats, ‘Pano Tona’ merges Kizz Daniel’s signature smooth, melodic style with Adekunle Gold’s dynamic Afro-fusion sound.

On Pano Tona, Kizz Daniel proves once more his ability to incorporate personal experiences and stories in his songs.

Adekunle Gold, known for his urban highlife style, complements Kizz Daniel’s energetic delivery with his smooth, soulful vocals, creating a perfect blend that adds a spellbinding layer to the song.

Not only do both superstars hand off the baton for the verses and choruses perfectly on ‘Pano Tano,’ but the song boasts an up-tempo beat.

In a statement, Kizz Daniel reflects on his recent achievements.

“It’s been a remarkable year for me with the success of the songs I have released thus far celebrating a decade spent in the industry, and it only pushed me to create even more music that fans would love. ‘Pano tona’ with Adekunle is part of that journey.”

Adekunle Gold added that, “Pano Tona is a track that celebrates our shared love for Afrobeat.”

The singer adds that ‘Pano Tona’ is set to cement his yearlong ‘Vado at 10’ celebration of the artist as he started the year with ‘Twe Twe’ alongside Davido, which topped several chats locally and internationally.

Other recent efforts include TZA EP, which has garnered more than 250 million streams, and most recently, the dyad release ‘Marhaba’ & ‘We Must’.
