Nigerian prophet, Gideon Isah has revealed a divine calling for a popular musician, Asake.
According to the prophet, God intends to use Asake as a powerful pastor, and a significant transformation is set to unfold.
In a video making rounds on social media, he is seen talking about Asake and his call into the work of ministry.
“There is a Nigerian musician that God wants to use him. His name is Asake. God wants to use him as a pastor. He is going for a barb that all his hair and he will become a pastor. Just watch and see I am prophesying,” he said.
The prophecy further unfolds the vision of Asake evolving into a global preacher, and spreading the divine message around the world.
However, the musician seemingly deviated from the path, prompting God’s call for him to return. Prophet Gideon Isah predicts that divine intervention will lead to Asake’s arrest, signifying a spiritual reclaiming, all set to occur before the end of 2024.
“This is what God said that Asake is going to become a pastor who will be preaching all around the world. He should ask his mother When his mother was looking for him. She went to a celebrity pastor and the pastor prayed for her and he told her she was going to carry a baby boy and the boy would be great,” he said
“His mother said if God granted her the baby, she would allow him to do anything he wanted in the house of God. But now he has deviated, and now God wants him back and He is going to arrest him. This arrest will come before the end of 2024. Watch out and see,” he revealed.
This revelation follows Prophet Gideon Isah’s previous accurate prophecy concerning a Zimbabwean pastor, Jay Israel.
In 2021, Isah warned against blasphemy and persuasion by Israel, particularly targeting popular Nigerian pastors like Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin.
Recent events, including Israel’s arrest by the police, confirm the accuracy of Prophet Gideon Isah’s earlier prophecy, reinforcing the authenticity of his divine insights.
Christians Knock Asake Over New Music Video, ‘Only Me’
Christians criticized Afrobeat sensation, Ahmed Ololade, known as Asake, for his latest music video titled “Only Me,” alleging disrespect towards Christianity.
In the video, directed by TG Omori, which gained over 150,000 views within five hours of release, Asake is seen dressed in priestly attire, sparking controversy among viewers.
Asake and his backup dancers were all seen wearing the catholic priest garb while rolling on the floor.
Some of the Christian netizens who reacted to Asake’s video slammed the singer, noting that he is a Muslim who is being utterly disrespectful of the Christian faith.
One netizen reacted to the snippet, noting that when Logos Olori, Davido’s signee, released something relatively close to Asake’s video, Muslims hounded the singer until he deleted the clip. The netizen shared how Davido was canceled in the North for posting the video on his social media pages, yet they refer to Islam as the religion of peace.
X user, Solomon_Buchi, who voiced his concerns on his X handle wrote, “Asake keeps disrespecting the Christian faith in his music videos. Dramatizing the eucharist, robed up in priestly regalia for a music video that has no connection with Christianity is disrespectful.”
“In his Bandana video, he depicts black goats trooping into the church with cloven tongues of fire above weird men. Asake, I think, is a Muslim. Why doesn’t he go above and beyond to embarrass his Muslim faith in the same way? Why do Christians even listen to these musicians who bluntly disrespect Christianity?” he quizzed.
The music video director reacted to some of the criticisms the video endured since its release.
Omori responded to critics, noting that creativity transcends beyond religious sentiments and bias.
