He also took the opportunity to console and hail the former President and main contender of Nana Addo, John Mahama and the opposition party NDC at large for allowing peace to prevail even after the declaration of the results. He said
“Big up to you His Excellency ex-President John Mahama for also making it peaceful and making it calm. Big up yourself NDC…This peace would not have been possible without all of you working together and putting Ghana first”.
Samini went on to admonish Ghanaians to come together and help Nana Addo achieve all that he has promised to do in the coming years.
“All for Ghana, let’s all come together and help Nana Addo Danqwa continue his next four years
And let’s all put Ghana first and let’s help him achieve the dreams and aspirations …all the big plans that he has for the nation”.

In the video, Samini also encouraged supporters of the NPP and Nana Addo to be circumspect with their celebrations so that they don’t trigger others on the other side to ignite any misunderstanding and violence.
He also pleaded with those jubilating not to over step their boundaries by teasing the opposition party but rather celebrate in a peaceful manner. He said:
“Let’s take it easy when we are doing the partying and lets not go overboard with the celebrations you know what I mean. When you are celebrating and trying to pick on people watch your limit so that, don’t go over board to start something else that is going to make your Christmas not so exciting. So hey guys lets enjoy ourselves and let’s put Ghana first as usual and next four years it’s going to be ‘kpoyaka’…”
