Ruthy, a showbiz personality, has clapped back accordingly, following the rhetoric of Maame Yeboah Asiedu.
According to Ruthy’s post on social media, Maame Yeboah Asiedu claims that she’s a favored child of God, so she got another man to marry in less than a year after her divorce.
However, Ruthy is of the view that such a favor claim from the camp of Maame Yeboah Asiedu is fallacious, and it makes her no different from Nana Agradaa because Nana Agradaa now Evangelist also got married to Asiamah in the space of one year after divorce.
Therefore, under no circumstances should Maame Yeboah Asiedu ride on God’s favor to make her argument in the area of divorce and remarriage.
When people found out that Maame Yeboah Asiedu got divorced and then married again, she was criticized. She has now replied to those comments.
She asserted that the reason she divorced her first husband after almost 20 years of marriage was because he took legal steps to end the marriage, which she disagreed with. However, she couldn’t do anything else to save the situation.
Some people said that she doesn’t do what she teaches as a therapist after she spoke out strongly against divorce, but she said that it wasn’t her choice to get divorced.
Maame Yeboah Asiedu who claims to be a woman of God said in a video that she was thankful to God that she got married again less than a year after her split.
“I haven’t made up my mind to divorce but with all that you hear about me, there is one question I want to ask you, who divorced the other? The only thing I can say is that my husband divorced me, it was not my decision. I’m not a deceiver as people say, that I don’t practice what I preach but I have been practicing. it’s just that it was taken from me. If your husband seeks a divorce in court, there is nothing you can do about it.
“I am married now and what surprises you is why I married so early after my divorce but I’m a favored child of God. If I divorced ten thousand times, I would marry ten thousand times. I know why I’m trending but I’m the only woman who has married after divorcing in just a year.”

Holland-Based Nurse Drags Maame Yeboah Over Scam
Joyce Abena Asiedu, known as Rev. Maame Yeboah Asiedu, a self-styled marital counselor and Prayer City General Overseer, is accused of swindling a Ghanaian nurse in Holland.
The nurse, based in Holland (name withheld), was reportedly enticed to pay an amount of €45,000 (Ghc.586,291.5) to Maame Yeboah Asiedu to build a house for her in Ghana.
Understanding Maame Yeboah’s profession as a TV presenter specializing in counseling and spiritual assistance, the victim trusted a large amount of money to construct her dream house in Ghana.
However, months passed without building progress, leaving the nurse confused and concerned.
In response to requests for clarity and updates, Maame Yeboah reportedly made empty promises.
The nurse sought legal assistance after feeling deceived and irritated, initiating an inquiry into the scheme.
For a large amount of cash collected, which did not result in a home, Maame Yeboah Asiedu, a prominent counselor and spiritual leader, risks investigation and perhaps legal action.
So, as it stands, the Ghanaian community is concerned about spiritual leaders and counselors who misuse trust for selfish benefit after this tragedy. To vindicate the nurse, authorities are investigating.
A petition to the Director General CID alleges that the nurse met Maame Yeboah on Facebook in 2020, where she offered property development aid. The nurse was promised land in Asuboi, but efforts to verify the property and papers failed.
