We are seeking dependable, responsible, and customer-focused Bikers/Delivery Riders to join our team. The successful candidates will ensure the timely and safe delivery of orders while representing the brand professionally at all times.

Position Summary

As a Biker/Delivery Rider, you will deliver food orders efficiently and safely to customers while maintaining high standards of professionalism, road safety, and customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect prepared food orders from the restaurant and deliver them promptly to customers.
• Ensure accurate delivery of orders to the correct destinations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during all interactions.
• Follow assigned routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Handle food items carefully to preserve quality and presentation.
• Maintain clear communication with restaurant staff regarding delivery updates and challenges.
• Keep assigned motorcycle clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Adhere strictly to road safety rules and traffic regulations at all times.
• Report delivery delays, incidents, or issues promptly to management.
• Represent Papa’s Pizza professionally while on duty.

Educational Requirements

• Basic education is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a delivery rider or courier will be considered an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle riding license.
