Role Summary

Sunshine Healthcare Limited is seeking responsible and reliable Dispatch Riders to support the timely delivery of medical supplies, documents, and healthcare products across Accra. The successful candidates will ensure safe, accurate, and prompt deliveries while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

This role requires strong knowledge of Accra routes, discipline, and a commitment to safe riding practices.

Key Responsibilities

The Dispatch Rider will:

• Deliver medical products, documents, and supplies to designated locations promptly
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and in good condition
• Maintain proper records of items collected and delivered
• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch coordinators and clients
• Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents immediately
• Provide courteous and professional service to all clients and partners

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role
• Valid motorcycle riding licence is required
• Good knowledge of Accra routes and surrounding areas
• Preference will be given to candidates residing near Airport Residential Area and nearby communities
• Ability to ride safely and responsibly under varying traffic conditions
