We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our team and support our factory construction, installation, and maintenance operations.


Position Summary

The Electrician will be responsible for supporting electrical installation, construction, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities across factory projects and operational facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that electrical systems and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in accordance with project requirements.
  • Support factory construction activities, including electrical installations associated with civil works, steel structures, and equipment commissioning.
  • Operate electrical tools, testing devices, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Assist supervisors, engineers, and project teams in completing electrical projects on schedule and to required quality standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
  • Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Identify potential hazards and report safety concerns promptly.
  • Follow company procedures, technical specifications, and operational guidelines at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Relevant experience in electrical installation, maintenance, construction, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
  • Practical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to operate electrical tools, equipment, and testing instruments safely and effectively.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety standards and electrical safety practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Senior High School Certificate, Technical/Vocational Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
  • Formal training in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, Industrial Electricity, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Any other relevant technical or trade certification
