Position Summary

KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking dedicated, safety-conscious, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction & Technical Workers – Drivers. In this role, you will support factory construction activities, equipment installation, and technical operations while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of assigned vehicles and equipment. You will work closely with supervisors, engineers, and project teams to support the successful delivery of construction and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Construction & Technical Worker – Driver, you will:

• Perform construction, installation, and maintenance activities in line with project requirements and operational standards.
• Operate vehicles, tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support factory construction projects, including civil works, steel structure works, and equipment installation activities.
• Transport personnel, materials, tools, and equipment as required to support project operations.
• Assist supervisors, engineers, and technical teams in the execution of assigned tasks and project deliverables.
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment and promptly report maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures at all times.
• Contribute to achieving project timelines, quality standards, and operational goals.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in construction, manufacturing, technical trades, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate company vehicles.
• Practical knowledge of tools, machinery, and equipment relevant to construction and technical operations.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Good understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Relevant technical certifications, trade qualifications, or licenses (including driving, electrical, welding, or related disciplines) will be considered an advantage.
