We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tally and Tagging Clerk to join our field operations team. In this role, you will ensure accurate measurement, recording, and tagging of timber products while supporting efficient forestry operations.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Perform all duties with strict adherence to workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Accurately measure and record logs and timber products in the field.
  • Verify measurement points to ensure compliance with product specifications and company standards.
  • Maintain precise tally records and tagging information for all timber products.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
  • Support operational teams by providing reliable data for production and inventory tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining order and accuracy in field data collection and reporting.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to smooth field operations.
  • Uphold environmental and safety standards in all assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of Junior High School (JHS) education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in forestry, logging, harvesting, or related field work is an added advantage.
  • Must possess a valid NHIS card.
  • Must have a valid Ghana Card.
  • Must have an active SSNIT number.
