About the Graduate Talent Programme

The Vivo Energy Ghana Graduate Talent Programme (GTP) is a structured development programme designed to prepare outstanding graduates for future leadership and technical roles within the organization.

Through a combination of practical experience, professional development, and mentorship, participants will gain valuable exposure to the energy industry while building the skills required to excel in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

As a participant in the programme, you will:

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the 2026 Graduate Talent Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in a STEAM-related discipline, including:

• Science
• Technology
• Engineering
• Arts
• Mathematics

Academic Requirements

Applicants must have graduated with:

• First Class Honours; or
• Second Class Upper Division

National Service Requirement

Applicants must:

• Be recent graduates who have not yet commenced National Service (NSS).
• Be available to undertake National Service as part of the programme requirements.

Please note that applicants who have already completed their National Service are not eligible for this intake.
