We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who can lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and develop long-term client relationships in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and business proposals.

Qualification and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
