We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead sales initiatives, expand market presence, and build strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and business proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

Qualification and Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
