Position Summary

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining efficient office processes, and ensuring a productive work environment. You will work closely with internal teams to provide high-quality administrative support that contributes to the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Manage correspondence, records, and office documentation efficiently.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain calendars for relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver excellent internal customer service while supporting organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or a higher qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is an advantage.
