Mahama Hailed For His Demonstration Of Honesty And Statesmanship

The Special Aide to Former President John Dramani Mahama, Joyce Bawah Mogtari has eulogized the National Democratic Congress flagbearer for the 2024 general election for his sterling demonstration of honesty and prudent management of resources when he was the President of the Republic of Ghana.

According to the former Deputy Minister of Transport, the National Democratic Congress flagbearer for the 2024 general elections possesses the ample skills and leadership qualities required to address the economic challenges the country is facing under President Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party administration.

“He was born on the cusp of Ghana’s historic independence from the British. He has become one of Africa’s most recognized politicians and statesmen, standing on the shoulders of Ghana’s unique history and poised to lead the NDC and Ghana into the next election.  John Dramani Mahama is a respected and eminent Ghanaian politician. Mahama, a nation builder”.

Again, the Special Aide to Former President , John Dramani Mahama bemoaned the negative impact that the economic crisis under the New Patriotic Party administration is having on the Ghanaian populace.

According to her, the country’s current economic challenges require a leader who is dedicated to the dreams and aspirations of the Ghanaian people to solve them.

She strongly believes that the National Democratic Congress flagbearer for the 2024 general elections, John Dramani Mahama possesses such quality.

Ghanaians Urged To Vote For John Dramani Mahama

Mrs Mogtari thus urged Ghanaians to vote for former President and the National Democratic Congress flagbearer, John Mahama in the 2024 general elections to restore the country to the path of growth, progress and prosperity.

She expressed her optimism about the former President’s abilities and commitment to change the fortunes of the country when elected as the President on December 7 2024.

“As Ghanaians grapple with unprecedented hardships, unemployment, and economic woes, we must have a leader who can unify us, tolerate, and embrace our differences, and celebrate our diversity. A vote for John Mahama is a vote for honesty, sincerity, and integrity and a chance for all of us to build the Ghana we want”.

Meanwhile, the Former President and the National Democratic Congress flagbearer for the 2024 general elections, John Dramani Mahama has itemized some of the initiatives and policies that the next National Democratic Congress (NDC) would undertake when it forms government in 2025.

According to the National Democratic Congress flagbearer, his administration would merge ministries such as Transport, Aviation, and Railways as well as the Sanitation and Local Government Ministries.

Moreover, former President John Dramani Mahama indicated that the next National Democratic Congress administration would reduce the number of ministers and appointees, merge ministerial portfolios to cut down the number of ministries drastically and review and eliminate ex-gratia in its current form.

Mr Mahama also pledged to reduce waste, cost overruns, institutional borrowing, and breaches in public procurement rules and ensure compliance with internal and external financial control systems.

Additionally, the National Democratic Congress flagbearer promised to fine-tune duplicated state agencies and discontinue the payment of utility bills, fuel, and DSTV services among others as part of top government employees’ service conditions to reduce government expenditure.

According to the National Democratic Congress flagbearer for the 2024 general elections when these major policies and reforms are implemented, it would restore the country’s economic stability.
