NPP vows loss of NDC in 2024 election
Meanwhile, a Deputy Director of Communications for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Ernest Owusu Bempah, has revealed that former President John Dramani Mahama and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will lose the 2024 general elections.
He indicated that Mr Mahama had no better records when he was in office which the people of Ghana will base on to give him the mandate again.
“We will retire him in 2024. It is a shame he can have that shenanigans even to dream of contesting to want to be president for just for four years after spending 35 years enjoying every position one can ever think of.”
Ernest Owusu Bempah
Speaking to journalists in Accra, Mr Owsu Bempah cited various instances which showed the seeming neglect of the former President which occurred under his administration to emphasized his point that the NDC will not win the next general elections.
“He brought dumsor for four years, unprecedented in our country’s history, the most corrupt leader of our time i.e Airbus Scandal, Ford gift, Gyeeda, SADA, Saglemi, Ambulance, Bus Branding and his incompetence was beyond human reasoning… Poor management of the Ghanaian economy with 3.5% growth when there was no global recession ie covid /Russia Ukraine war. We remember him for the cancelation of teacher training and nurses allowances, [and] he could not provide free SHS and jobs to the Ghanaian youth.”
