Hon. Ablakwa formally handed over a donation of state-of-the-art medical equipment, valued at US$1.2 million, to the newly built Mepe Health Centre, bolstering its capacity to provide quality healthcare services.
“The 40-foot-shipping-container of medical equipment and supplies include anesthesia machines, ECG/EKG, ultrasound, endoscopy tower, x-ray machine, infant incubators, infant warmers, autoclaves, defibrillators, lab freezer, CPAP, labor/delivery beds, OR light, suction machines, patient monitor, oxygen system, pulse oximeters, surgery tables, refrigerator for storing vaccines, wheelchairs, sphygmomanometer and many more”.
