Ghanaian actress and media personality, Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, popularly known as Afia Schwarzenegger has publicly declared that she is not married.

Recent reports indicated that Afia Schwarzenegger had allegedly gotten married secretly to an unidentified man. Afia debunked these allegations and mentioned that she has no intentions of tying the knot again after the divorce from her ex-husband, Lawrence Abrokwa.

In an interview, Afia Schwarzenegger cited how some people could choose not to find interest in business or entertainment, but she also chooses to find no interest in marriage.

“I have said it more than seventy times to Ghanaians, that marriage is not for me. Someone will say business is not for me, someone will say entertainment is not for me”.

The former radio host highlighted that she has a successful career, and well-mannered children and therefore sees no need for a husband.

“Honey! I’ve got a successful career, I’ve got children, and they are well-mannered. If I don’t have a husband, it’s enough”.

She reiterated and further posited that her current position as a single mother is better than many other women who have husbands and wayward children.

Explaining the motive behind the photos that witnessed her rocking a kente and a wedding band she said;

“I did a photoshoot, it’s my 10th edition as the ambassador for orphans. My children were congratulating me based on that. Now that I am not married, can you go ask the idiot man, the man he claimed that I have snatched?”.

Afia Schwarzenegger makes u-turn from purported claims

Afia Schwarzenegger has denied claims by her own circle of friends that she is married.

A few days ago, the Ghanaian social media commentator made her children and friends post a video of her on social media to insinuate that she is married.

In the video, Afia Schwarzenegger wore a Kente kaba and slit which is usually worn for traditional weddings. The video was shared by her close friend, Tracey Boakye, and her children who added congratulatory captions to the post.

After creating the wedding rumor successfully, Afia Schwarzenegger is now distancing herself from any marriage. This comes after her nemesis, Nana Tornado descended on her for reportedly snatching someone’s husband. Tornado claimed to say;

“Afia Schwarzenegger has snatched someone’s husband with maximum speed. She is now a second wife to a certain chief. As for the chief, I won’t mention his name now. At the right time, the chief’s wife will speak. Men really have a problem. I don’t know what it is about Afia Schwarzenegger. Is it about her artificial butt, face, nose, and body? What is so special about her body?”.

Responding to this during an interview, Afia Schwarzenegger who was bursting out in laughter, said she sees nothing wrong with even being a ‘seventh wife’, adding that what matters is the ‘wife’ title.

She added saying;

“I haven’t said I am a second wife and even if I am a seventh wife, I am a wife. I haven’t even informed anyone that I am married. For the congratulations, it was to celebrate my ten years as an ambassador for orphans and children. Whatever anybody thought, you are on your own. I will address my marital issues on Friday.

“They said the chief has a first wife. What is her name? this media we just carry news, it is about time we asked questions. You need to find out the identity of the chief I am married to. You need to inquire about his supposed first wife”.
