Stonebwoy Featured on Jordin Sparks’ New Album “No Restrictions”

Ghanaian Afro-dancehall sensation, Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy, has achieved another significant milestone in his career by being featured on the upcoming album of American singer and actress Jordin Sparks.

The album, titled ‘No Restrictions’, showcases 15 carefully selected tracks, one of which is a collaboration between Stonebwoy and Jordin Sparks, titled “No Cry.” It will be released on Friday, September 13, 2024.

Jordin Sparks, who is best known for her powerful voice and winning the sixth season of American Idol, shared her excitement on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

In her post, she expressed her enthusiasm for the album and the painstaking process of narrowing down over 150 songs to her top 15 favorites.

“I am so elated to reveal the No Restrictions back cover! It was so tough to choose out of 150+ songs but I narrowed it down to 15 of my top favorites! You’ve been riding with me for so long and we have grown up together! These songs are very special to me and I’m ecstatic you get to meet me and who I am…now.

The song marks Jordin’s first music collaboration with an African artist. Jordin and Stonebwoy teased their collaboration after videos of them interacting at a private event and having a studio session in Los Angeles, USA, surfaced on social media in 2023.

Stonebwoy’s contribution to the track “No Cry” highlights his versatility as an artist and his growing influence on the global music stage.

This collaboration marks yet another international achievement for the Ghanaian star, who continues to put Afro-dancehall on the map.

Popular Ghanaian afro-dancehall musician, Stonebwoy expressed his excitement after being featured on American singer Jordin Sparks’ upcoming album, ‘No Restrictions’.

Stonebwoy appears on track number 10, No Cry, which was unveiled on the official tracklist shared by Jordin Sparks on social media recently.

Stonebwoy, who has chalked up an impressive number of international collaborations in the past few years, took to social media to highlight his involvement in the project.

He described ‘No Cry’ as a standout track on the album and hinted at its potential to become a fan favorite.
