“We at Hollard Ghana are thrilled to renew our partnership with Citi FM and Channel One TV for the fifth consecutive year of the Heritage Caravan. This initiative perfectly aligns with our values of enabling a better future through community engagement and cultural preservation. Just as we provide protection and peace of mind to our clients through our insurance offerings, we are proud to support the Caravan in safeguarding and celebrating Ghana’s rich heritage. We look forward to another incredible journey with the 2025 Caravanites.”

Hollard’s alignment with the Heritage Caravan exemplifies how corporate partnerships can go beyond traditional business goals, investing in the preservation of cultural legacies that define a nation’s identity.

2025 Heritage Caravan, A Cultural Spectacle

Scheduled to take place from March 2 to 9, 2025, the Heritage Caravan promises an exhilarating journey across 14 regions of Ghana. Over eight days, participants, fondly referred to as “Caravanites,” will explore the country’s rich cultural, historical, and natural landmarks.

Starting in the Greater Accra Region, this year’s edition introduces an exciting new element that organizers promise will add a unique twist to the adventure. Frema Adunyame, Head of Events and Partnerships at Channel One TV and Citi FM, hinted at a surprise to kick off the event:
“We are overwhelmed. Last year, it took two weeks to sell out after communication was broken. This time, the entire event sold out in just three days.”

With over 300 eager participants already booked, the 2025 Caravan continues to build on the resounding success of its previous editions.

The Heritage Caravan has grown to become one of Ghana’s most anticipated annual events. It offers a unique blend of immersive cultural experiences, breathtaking scenic journeys, and engaging activities. Supported by key partners like Hollard Ghana, the Ghana Tourism Authority, and OmniBSIC, the Caravan has firmly established itself as Ghana’s premier travel and cultural event.

The 2024 edition set a high standard, earning praise for its flawless organization and innovative itinerary. The 2025 edition is poised to surpass expectations, promising participants a richer, more vibrant experience that highlights Ghana’s diverse heritage.

Hollard Ghana: A Trusted Partner for a Better Future

Hollard Ghana’s involvement in the Heritage Caravan reflects its broader mission of enabling better futures. With over 25 years of presence in Ghana, Hollard has evolved from its roots as Metropolitan Insurance to become a trusted name in the insurance industry.

The group offers a comprehensive range of life and general insurance products, including funeral, personal accident, motor, business, travel, and home insurance. Hollard’s services are accessible nationwide through office branches, Hollard 2U franchise shops, Shell Fuel Station Welcome Shops, Melcom stores, and online platforms.

By combining deep local knowledge with the global expertise of an international brand operating in 18 countries, Hollard Ghana has positioned itself as a leader in providing innovative insurance solutions tailored to the unique needs of Ghanaians.

The Heritage Caravan partnership highlights Hollard Ghana’s dedication to supporting initiatives that celebrate and preserve Ghana’s cultural heritage. As participants embark on this year’s journey, they will experience a curated itinerary that showcases the best of Ghana’s history, art, and traditions.

This initiative aligns seamlessly with Hollard’s commitment to community engagement, providing a platform for cultural appreciation while strengthening its bond with customers and the larger Ghanaian community.

The 2025 Heritage Caravan promises to be an extraordinary celebration of Ghana’s vibrant culture and history. With Hollard Ghana’s continued support, this year’s event is set to deliver an unforgettable experience for the Caravanites, leaving lasting memories and fostering a deeper appreciation for Ghana’s rich heritage.

As excitement builds, the countdown to March 2, 2025, begins, with Hollard, Citi FM, Channel One TV, and other partners gearing up to create another milestone in the journey of the Heritage Caravan.
