Dr. Palgrave Boakye-Danquah, a prominent member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has urged party members and supporters to remain committed to the party’s principles, ideologies, and values that united its founding fathers.
He acknowledged the party’s recent electoral defeat but emphasized that it does not mark the end of their responsibility to the Ghanaian people.
He encouraged members to maintain their loyalty to the party and focus on rebuilding and strengthening their collective resolve.
Dr. Boakye-Danquah expressed confidence in the enduring bond between the NPP and Ghanaians, noting that the party’s contributions to national development continue to be recognized and appreciated.
“Let’s overcome our downfall and let’s rise up again. let’s clean our tears and begin to laugh. let us have joy in our hearts. let’s shame the devil and the evil one.
“Whatever that has happened to us is like what happened to the Israelites of old. If Israel is a nation after God’s own heart, so is the NPP. We are a people and a political party that is dear to God”.

Dr. Boakye-Danquah further emphasized that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) remains a pillar of national pride and a cornerstone of Ghana’s progress.
Accordingly, he encouraged members not to be discouraged by those mocking their current situation, asserting that such ridicule is temporary.
He urged the party faithful to remain steadfast and confident in the party’s resilience and capacity to rebound stronger than ever.
Boakye-Danquah expressed optimism about the NPP’s future, stating that challenges faced today are merely stepping stones to greater victories ahead.
He assured members that the party would rise above its setbacks and reclaim its place as a beacon of hope and progress for Ghana.
He encouraged them to focus on unity, hard work, and unwavering dedication to the party’s values, knowing that the future holds brighter prospects prepared in the presence of their critics.

Furthermore, Dr. Palgrave Boakye-Danquah underscored the importance of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) taking proactive steps to re-strategize, rebuild its structures, and regroup its forces to prepare for future challenges.
He acknowledged that the process of renewal might lead to the loss of some individuals, but he urged members not to be discouraged or disheartened by these departures, as they are often part of the growth process.
He emphasized that with determination, unity, and the guidance of God, there is no challenge too great for the NPP to overcome.
Boakye-Danquah also pointed out that while some may leave, the party will inevitably attract new members with fresh ideas and energy who believe in its vision and mission.
He called on the NPP faithful to warmly welcome these new faces, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that strengthens the party’s cohesion and dynamism.
“Let’s use this moment to be truthful to ourselves. Let’s use this opportunity to love ourselves so dearly that the enemy will be wondering, haven’t I scattered these people? Yet they seem to be together.
“Let’s remain TOGETHER, for in our togetherness we will overcome every obstacle. And like the story of the “prodigals“, let’s welcome all our prodigals. Let’s not be legalistic”.
