Popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has kicked off the new week with a note of gratitude to God, as he revealed that a new blessing has arrived in his family.
Taking to his official Instagram page on Monday, Yul Edochie shared a touching video from his wife’s maternity shoot, proudly showing her baby bump.
In the emotional post, the actor attributed the good news to divine intervention. “God has done it for me. I asked, and He answered,” he wrote.
“Thank You, Lord God Almighty. Forever I will praise your Holy Name. And I will dance like King David all the days of my life.”

However, the popular actress Judy Austin, the second wife of Yul Edochie, was accused of copying a design similar to that of the actor’s estranged wife May Edochie.
Judy rolled out maternity pictures as she expressed gratitude to God. She expressed her reverence for motherhood, describing it as a “blessing ordained by God”.
The actress, who also prayed for expectant mothers, wore an elegant outfit, which included a white veil.
Amid the congratulatory messages from Judy Austin’s fans and supporters, some netizens, who were supporters of Yul’s estranged wife May Edochie, accused her of imitating their favourite.
The netizens claimed Judy got the inspiration for the maternity shoot from May’s viral Mother Mary pictures. They accused Judy of wearing a veil, attributing it to Mother Mary.

Yul Edochie Shares Observation After Contesting for Governor
After running for governor of Anambra State, well-known actor Yul Edochie shared his thoughts.
He posted tidbits about the political affinities among the candidates on his X page.
Yul Edochie claims that he observed that the other candidates were cordial with him when he ran for the position of Anambra.
“When I ran for Governor of Anambra in 2017, I noticed something. All the governorship candidates were all friendly, including the sitting Governor. The few times we all met, there was always mutual respect in the air amidst jokes. Funny, na the supporters dey fight up & down.”
