Nana Ama McBrown has extended her sympathies to the family of TikTok sensation Osanju, whose untimely death has shaken fans and fellow creators across Ghana.
In a video shared online, content creator Oheneba Jude was seen at the late influencer’s home, where he passed his phone to Osanju’s father so McBrown could speak with him personally.
During their conversation, the actress, who fondly referred to the deceased as her “boyfriend”, offered words of comfort while the grieving father recounted his son’s battle with illness.
“I am sure that during your recent meetings, he shared with you the health issue he has been battling. It’s you, the media, who have kept him in the spotlight until now. He was aware that his life could be short-lived, and whatever has happened, I believe it is all part of God’s plan. His time had come, which is why he left us.”

He also reminded McBrown of her presence at the funeral of the deceased’s late mother, urging her to once again show her support during this difficult time. “His one-week celebration will be on Sunday, September 28, 2025. So please do well to be present. I am his father and not just anyone,” he stated.
The conversation appeared to have ended on an assuring note for Agya K. Before their conversation, Agya K and his family recorded a distressing video appealing to Nana Ama McBrown for support in burying Osanju.
The TV presenter once hosted Osanju on her show. The late TikToker was one of McBrown’s biggest fans. He shared an enviable relationship with Nana Ama McBrown, who used to call him her official boyfriend.
The TikToker, who had openly documented his fight with leukemia on social media, passed away on September 1, 2025. The news stunned the online community, particularly because he had been seen just the day before, on August 31, enjoying the Barcelona vs. Rayo Vallecano match.
Despite his health struggles, the young content creator had often hinted at the possibility of a short life while continuing to share his story with fans.
McBrown’s gesture towards Osanju’s family stirred reactions.

The deceased’s relative noted that the late viral sensation always funded the purchase of his medications for his severe health condition.
According to her, the TikToker shared that he received a lot of financial support from many individuals he met on social media, including Nana Ama McBrown.
She noted that the celebrated actress offered the deceased a large amount of money he could have used to build a storey building, but he decided to use it to purchase his medicine.
“He got money from a lot of sympathisers, especially Nana Ama McBrown. He said she gave him some money he could have used to build a storey building. But he used it to buy medicine to save his life.”
