Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has finally broken her silence about her marriage to billionaire politician Ned Nwoko, dismissing claims that her mother forced her into the union.
The mum of two shared a video which she noted that she recorded around five in the morning because she couldn’t sleep.
Dismissing the claims she stated in her words; “Guys please, stop insulting my mum, biko stop it.”
“For some reason, I actually do feel like I owe you all this explanation. She’s the best thing that ever happened to me, she’s my God on earth.”

She went on saying her stubbornness lead her to where she is: “For seven years, my mum held us but it is me with this my coconut head. I’m so ashamed to say I fell in love. But I actually really did.”
In the candid revelation, Regina stated that her family, including her mother, was initially opposed to her decision to marry Ned. However, she was determined to go through with it, even going as far as reporting her family to the police for trying to stop her.
Adding to the revelation she said: “Stop saying I got married out of greed, no. We were not broke.”
“It was my decision,” Regina emphasized. “I didn’t force anyone; I made my own choice. I had over 20 boyfriends before marrying Ned, and I knew what I wanted.”
