The MCE revealed that some of the tents were completely damaged. According to him, fortunately, they still have some of the smaller tents which were not in use which will be given to the victims to manage due to the situation at hand.

“We have about four categories of the tents at the site. We have the ones that were provided by Goldfields Ghana. Then we have the one by the Red Cross, that is about 26 of them. We also have the ones that were provided by UNICEF. The ones that were affected were the ones provided by Goldfields and they were about 10 in number.”
