Fidelity Agency Banking
Fidelity Agency Banking was introduced as an alternative distribution channel after Fidelity Bank became the first bank to receive approval from the Bank of Ghana to operate the Agency Banking model in Ghana in 2013.
Today, Fidelity Bank has over 5000 Agents across all the regions of Ghana and maintains the distinction of being the market leader in Agency Banking.
The bank, which is also the pioneer of Agency Banking, launched the ‘Yenko Dubai’ promo to reward 24 of their top performing agents.
The ‘Yenko Dubai’ Promo
The ‘Yenko Dubai’ Promo forms part of the activities being rolled out to mark the bank’s 15th year anniversary celebrations.
Hinged on the pioneering role of the bank in initiating the agency banking model – which was intended to bring banking close to the doorsteps of its customers across the country through the wide reaching agent network, the Promo sought to award outstanding performing agents of the bank.
Agent points of the bank are positioned at vantage community locations like fuel stations, post offices, market centres, supermarkets, amongst others, to provide customers the convenience of their services.
