Ghanaian singer and songwriter, S3fa has passionately defended her fellow stars, saying they are not unfriendly and uninviting as some would have it seem.
She strongly noted that contrary to opinions held by some, Ghanaian stars are friendly and interact with fans they encounter randomly in public spaces, even granting some photo opportunities.
“Sometimes, it is just the bouncers and security [personnel] doing their job. It has nothing to do with the artist. They do that all the time. I do it all the time. I’ve seen other artists, that go for shows, do it all the time,” S3fa said.
However, the ‘E Choke’ hitmaker quickly added, “If you give people the chance all the time to get very close, they get very personal.”
She cited, being touched inappropriately at some shows because she was open to fan interactions, saying: “Oh, let them come, let them come.”
“Unfortunately, this friendliness sometimes ends up in people wanting to touch your ass, people want to touch your breast – like people want to be rowdy with you,” S3fa said.
The Black Avenue Muzik star cautioned that in as much as one is doing what he or she loves, loving people, they have to be very careful.
“Ghanaian artists are some of the friendliest people. You know I won’t lie to you. You know I’m very frank,” she emphasized.
However, she made the observation that Ghanaian acts, unlike their Nigerian counterparts, are simply wary to not step on the toes of their fans fearing to lose them. “It is because we want your love – we want you to support us,” she explained.
“So if you check very well, Nigerian artists are able to free their minds online. They’ll still have people supporting them. But for Ghanaians, it’s very difficult for artists to free their minds because they fear that they may offend fans with their words. It’s because of that thing that has been instilled in us to be respectful and do this and do that”.

“Anytime you go for shows, they are so friendly even more than the Nigerians so that [impression] is crap [untrue],” the singer insisted.
S3fa’s new song, Vibration, features Ivorian legend Freddy Meiway.
Questions Too Personal For Comfort
Black Avenue Muzik star S3fa revealed that she considers questions about her body too personal for comfort.
S3fa asserted she does not owe anybody an explanation for what she does with her body or what she does with her personal life, stressing that she does not care about the opinions people hold of her.
Her sole concern, the ‘E Choke’ hitmaker noted, is to do music and to make sure she puts the music out and when it comes out it’s a piece of good music.
“So if people decide to concentrate on my personal life and my body more than the music, there’s nothing I can do about it. I’m doing my best but I don’t think I owe anybody an explanation, just as they don’t owe me an explanation,” she further added.
S3fa revealed that people come up to her to ask questions about her striking body. Even though she admitted that it’s just the curious mind, she stressed that it is a private matter.
“How would you feel if I just came up to you and asked you if you had sex the previous night?” she quizzed to make her point.
“It’s like asking me that because it’s my personal business. Sometimes, I feel because I don’t give them something to talk about, I don’t do anything controversial, and anytime they have something little they want to run with it. So it’s normal,” she noted.
She revealed that she used to go to the gym but not anymore. The secret behind her physical charm and looks, according to the singer is just taking very good care of herself.
“As I said, I’m growing so I’m taking very good care of myself. And I’m doing anything I feel will make me happy, and make me feel good about myself. I’m just living life at this point,” S3fa said.
