I Don’t Eat My Wife’s Food Because I Don’t Want To Die Early – Oboy Siki

Kumawood actor, Oboy Siki

Kumawood actor, Oboy Siki, has stated that he has refrained from eating his wife’s food for the past fifteen years in order to avoid an early death.

According to him, he believes that when men accumulate wealth, their wives become a potential threat and may cause their untimely death to inherit their properties for their children.

Speaking in an interview, Oboy Siki expressed his belief that men who die prematurely with wealth are victims of their wives’ hidden evil intentions rather than natural causes.

He added:

“I haven’t eaten my wife’s food for the past fifteen years. I don’t like it, if I say this, I know people will be angry…the thing is, if she gets you, she will kill you. If you grow then your wife wants to kill you. I am telling you the truth. When you grow, your wife kills you slowly, that is how they are, so I don’t eat my wife’s food”.

He further stated that he prefers to die a natural death rather than risk consuming his wife’s food and potentially falling victim to her evil motives.

The actor claimed by explaining further that once husbands acquire wealth, their wives tend to gradually kill them. He said that this is how most men die in their marriages, therefore, making it look like husbands always die before their wives leaving their wealth behind, and he urged people to seek confirmation from elders who have experienced such situations firsthand.

He added:

“So, let me die my natural death, I won’t wait for you to come and kill me…you haven’t seen some before? I won’t explain that, so go and find out from the elders that married couples.

“Those deaths involving men are not all about natural deaths but rather ladies have evil intentions hidden because for them they were created to be helpers and as a result, she is just around to help and enjoy your wealth. So, when that happens, she will try to get the properties for her children”.

Oboy Siki revealed that he has made an arrangement with God regarding his passing in 2024.

According to him, since the movie industry no longer holds anything substantial for him, he wants to ensure that no one would take credit for predicting or causing his death.

In a recent interview, the Kumawood actor made his remarks and shared this information publicly. He spoke about the movie industry critically and the struggles he faced with fellow actors who were unable to sustain themselves.

According to him, the realization prompted him to approach God and request to pass away at a specific age.

He said:

“When I began to speak negatively about the movie industry, I witnessed about 20 people who couldn’t make a decent living from it. So, I beseeched God to grant me the age at which I should die. In a dream, I received confirmation from God that He agreed to my request. Thus, the thought of death has been looming over me”.

Oboy Siki expressed his concern that if he were to pass away without prior knowledge, pastors, and Ghanaians might wrongly attribute it to curses or foul play. He believes that only God possesses the power to determine one’s lifespan.

He clarified by explaining his disappointment at the response he has received so far. He said:

“I disclosed this arrangement not to seek attention or sympathy but to ensure that no one claims to have foreseen my death or knows the cause”.
