This track is one of the songs from his highly anticipated upcoming album, Note To Self, set to drop on June 14, 2024.

This comes after successful releases including ‘Terminator’, ‘Perfect Combi’, and ‘Paris’ which have shot King Promise to higher levels on the international music scene.

King Promise has developed a unique sound, drawing inspiration from Ghanaian Highlife, Afrobeats, and R&B.

In “Favourite Story”, King Promise delivered his signature smooth vocals, Sarkodie delivered powerful rap verses, and OliveTheBoy added his unique touch.

The “Perfect Combi” hitmaker revealed that he sent the song to Sarkodie through a message and his response amazed him.

“I hit Sarkodie and I told him that I have something for him, randomly, and I sent it to him. This is one of the first songs I sent to him and his reply was his verse. He sent me a reply to my message, rapping his verse via voice note. You could see he felt it right away.”
