Kumawood actor, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has reacted to the beaten of bloggers and vloggers by the family of Dr. Grace Boadu.
Speaking on the issue, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has said that the family of the late Dr. Grace Boadu should have strangled the bloggers to death instead of just beating them, taking their phones, and destroying their cars.
According to Lilwin, what bloggers and vloggers are doing in contemporary Ghanaian society is so irritating, adding that they do not make sense.
Lilwin claims he has witnessed several occasions where bloggers and vloggers attend funerals, interviewing the family of the deceased and asking unnecessary questions.
He stated that the family’s meeting to plan the final funeral rites of their beloved has nothing to do with these bloggers and bloggers.
A report flew across social media platforms that the family of the late Dr. Grace Boadu of Grace Gift Herbal Clinic allegedly beat up Kumasi-based vloggers.
According to the report, the vloggers identified as Papa Jay, Grade Wan, and YA Media among others went to the family house of Dr. Grace Boadu upon hearing that they had scheduled that day to make plans ahead of the final funeral rites of the late popular herbalist.
The vloggers claimed the sole aim of their visit was to take coverage of what goes on there and let their viewers and Ghanaians at large know what is going on, however, things did not go on well as they had planned.
They revealed that after they had gone inside to exchange pleasantries with the family of the deceased, they were attacked by some men from the family.
According to them, the men beat them mercilessly, took their phones, and damaged the car that they went to the place with.
In a viral video, the car the vloggers went with was seen with almost all its glasses broken.
“So we realized that nothing was going on in the house so we decided to go. All we saw was people from the family house coming towards us. So Papa Jay who granted the first interview was given a slap. When they were approaching us Papa Jay told them that we came in peace. We have heard about certain things and we are here to find out how far with the funeral then they slapped him”, one of them said.
“They have beaten me rough. About 7 people were on only me beating me. Two phones of mine they have taken both from me. When they were beating me my phones fell and they picked them up”, he further added.
Advising Fans Not To Be Compared To Colleague
Lilwin advised fans not to compare his colleague Dr Likee also known as Ras Nene to him because they will only set him up for unnecessary hate.
According to Lilwin, Dr Likee is not on his level and would never get to his level.
Lilwin bragged that after him, no other local movie star would ever make it big again.
The Kumawood star made these claims after he was asked to comment on the rising popularity of Dr Likee.
Lilwin went on to drag Dr Likee and asserted that no one can be compared to him.
He further stated that he is the biggest star in Ghana and would retain that title forever.
Lilwin noted that it’s offensive to even attempt to compare Dr Likee to him because he would never approach his level of stardom.
Social media users dragged Ghanaian comic actor Lilwin after he demeaned Dr Likee.
