Throughout her tenure as the host of the two popular entertainment shows, Nana Ama McBrown has gained plaudits from many Ghanaians for her presenting skills and ability to entertain her audience.

The Adom TV Showtyme show host noted that Nana Ama McBrown had included some aspects of the movie acting industry in her television shows.

“I know her to be an actress. I don’t reckon her as a presenter. She does what she does with humor and every single thing she did in the movie industry is what she is trying to bring onto her show.”

Sally Mann

Sally Mann added that she found it challenging to acknowledge Nana Ama McBrown as a television personality despite the successes she has achieved since she transitioned into the role a few years ago.

The entertainment pundit and Nana Ama McBrown have never agreed. People have been wondering if Sally has a personal grudge against the vivacious media personality because she has been criticizing Nana Ama McBrown’s activities for years.

After her recent statement, it appears that she still has some issues with Nana Ama McBrown.

Sally Mann stated that dancehall musician, Shatta Wale is incapable of harming her, even if she criticizes him.

The outspoken journalist pointed out that the ‘On God’ hitmaker only expresses his grievances on social media, just like she does.

“I have been in the industry for 18 years, and I know the way I am an audio person, people are equally audio. So when people say the SM, and Ashiaman fans, I also see them to be audio people, they loud it on the internet and it ends there. I do not think Shatta Wale would send someone after my life because I criticized him.”

Sally Mann

Sally also encouraged journalists to remain outspoken and impartial in their criticism, without bias. “So we need people who can criticize people in the industry. We can’t all be licking people’s feet,” she said.

According to her, “We should” have people who can tell the truth as it is, stating that she is glad to be part of those people [Outspoken].

“I want to be that voice, and I have been doing this for 18 years. People keep asking who am I. I am a nobody but I have the platform they don’t.”

Sally Mann

Prominent pundit Sally Frimpong Mann is fearless in her criticism of others and always willing to offer constructive feedback. She is a regular pundit on Power Entertainment and Showbiz with Andy Dosty on Hitz.
