Ghanaian media personality Berla Mundi resumed work from her honeymoon by hosting the 2024 African Prosperity Champions Awards and Presidential Gala Dinner at the plush Kempinski Hotel.
The morning show host wore a custom-made gown made by Ezekiel Yartel, the chief executive officer of Yartel GH, for the high-profile event.
Berla Mundi looked exquisite in a long-sleeve black suede gown with a glittering rhinestone neckline while posing to show off her expensive wedding ring.
The event host looked glamorous in a long frontal hairstyle and flawless makeup to complete her look.
President of the Republic of Ghana, H E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, and the beautiful First Lady, H E Rebecca Akuffo Addo, graced the event.

Berla Mundi is also set to host this year’s African Nominees Brunch, an official side event of the 66th Grammy Awards set to happen in Los Angeles on February 5, 2024.
Berla served as host for the event’s previous edition last year, interacting with the likes of South Africa’s Nomcebo Zikode and Ghana’s Rocky Dawuni who were present for the brunch. This year, the event’s organizers, GUBA led by Lady Dentaa Amoateng MBE, have announced Nigeria’s Davido and South African Amapiano star, Musa Keys among scores of artists to attend the African Nominee Brunch ahead of the Grammy night.
On social media, Berla Mundi shared her excitement to be hosting the African Nominee brunch for the second time.
The TV3 on-air personality reacted to her announcement saying, “looking forward to this.”
Scores of several other Ghanaians have been announced as guests for the forthcoming event including EMY’s founder, Kojo Soboh, rapper, Gambo, and music producer, Juls. According to Lady Dentaa Amoateng, MBE, the African Nominee Brunch set to happen at Spring Place, Beverly Hills promises to be “an unforgettable experience with Berla at the helm.”

Addressing The Absence Of Certain Invitations
Berla Mundi addressed the absence of certain invitations to her recent wedding.
Returning to her morning show TV3 Newday, after her wedding, Berla apologized to friends and fans who were eagerly waiting to secure an invitation to the wedding.
Roland Walker, one of the hosts on the show, questioned Berla about the omission, “You didn’t invite me, Cookie, and Johnie to the wedding,” he stated.
“It was meant to be a small event. I invited just a few people. I’m sorry,” Berla Mundi responded.
Pressed further by Walker on whether their exclusion meant they were considered enemies.
“It doesn’t. It is a family affair, that’s why,” Berla clarified.
The TV3 presenter, recently tied the knot at a private ceremony in Accra on January 5th, 2024.
