Critique of John Mahama’s Leadership

Moreover, the New Patriotic Party’s Director of Communications, Richard Ahiagbah criticized the candidacy of former President John Dramani Mahama, the opposition party’s flagbearer for the 2024 general elections.

He characterized former President John Dramani Mahama’s tenure as one of incompetence and hardship for Ghanaians, leading to his defeat in the 2016 general elections.

Mr Ahiagbah warned  Ghanaians not to fall for the National Democratic Congress flagbearer’s rebranding efforts for the 2024 elections, arguing that his past failures make him unfit to lead the country again.

“John Mahama was a one-term president because he was incompetent and brought untold hardship to Ghanaians. He was bad news for Ghana then, and he will be bad news for Ghana now”.
