He emphasized that the Agenda 111 hospital project should adopt a hybrid investment model, with a ratio of 70% private sector participation and 30% public sector involvement, ensuring transparent management and oversight to guarantee accountability and optimal healthcare delivery.
According to Franklin Cudjoe, Ghanaians must prioritize electing leaders who demonstrate integrity, humility, and accountability, by being truthful, recognizing merit, adopting pragmatic approaches, and taking ownership of their mistakes while providing clear solutions to address them.
Given the current state of the nation, he emphasized that the most critical factor in selecting the next leader should be their ability to effectively manage and revitalize the economy.
Jobs, Roads, Economy Top Voters Demands
