Yaw Berk has apologised to his former boss, Kaywa.

Young Ghanaian musician, Amoah Yaw Randy, popularly known as Yaw Berk has remorsefully apologized to his former boss David Kojo Kyei, better known as Kaywa.

Yaw Berk who was part of the MTN Hitmaker reality show was taken in by Sound engineer, and music producer Kaywa to manage, but the pair fell out after some months.

Yaw made several damning allegations against Kaywa which tarnished Kaywa’s brand.

Few years down the lane and Yaw Berk has rendered an unqualified apology to Kaywa.

In an interview on a radio station based in Accra, Yaw Berk pleaded with his former boss to forgive him, as he claimed that everything he said about him was false and stressed that it’s not too late to make changes in his life.

Yaw in a sad tone begged Kaywa to accept him and help him to become a better person.

According to him, he was influenced by one big producer and an industry personality to leave ‘Highly Spiritual Music’, and he retracted all that he said against Kaywa then apologized to his former godfather.

It can be recalled that in the latter part of 2019, Yaw Berk disclosed that, the misunderstanding between him and Kaywa had a negative impact on him.

According to the former signee of the Highly Spiritual label, his conflict with Kaywa affected him both mentally and musically.

Speaking on ShowbizXtra he said, “The problem between Kaywa and I really affected me. Not only musically but mentally as well. The promotion of my music suffered largely”.

He lamented that, on Kaywa’s authority, people who were supporting his music, thus Yaw Berk, stopped.

“They all felt I was not being appreciative of the label I was signed under”.

Yaw Berk later acknowledged that God is our helper but he does that through men. He made known that it was difficult to find a helper during his conflict with Kaywa to the extent that some music promoters blacklisted him.

In other news, Producer Kaywa said, though singer Yaw Berk, dented his image, and brand when he lied about his Highly Spiritual Music record label, he has forgiven him.

According to him, he is happy that the truth is finally out after he struggled earlier to counter accusations that were directed at him by his former-signed-artiste.

“I forgave him before he went around doing that. Who are we not to forgive? I have forgiven him and I know God has forgiven him too”.

Nevertheless, in 2019, Highly Spiritual Music signee, Krymi said unlike his former colleague, Yaw Berk, who spewed lies against Kaywa and smeared the reputation of the label boss with mud, he will not do such nor show any signs of ungratefulness.

Krymi vehemently criticized Yaw Berk when Yaw alleged that a studio was infested with bedbugs, among other things, which caused his exit from Highly Spiritual record label.
