Tiffany Haddish Discloses She’s Had 8 Miscarriages

American actress, Tiffany Haddish

An American stand-up comedian and actress, Tiffany Haddish has candidly opened up about her history of pregnancy loss, revealing that she has experienced eight miscarriages.

The renowned comedian and star of Disney’s upcoming film “Haunted Mansion” shared her recent struggle with a miscarriage in an interview.

According to Haddish, her eighth miscarriage was attributed to having a uterus “shaped like a heart”, known as a bicornuate uterus.

Describing her conversation, the 43-year-old actress expressed her frustration with her unique uterine condition.

A bicornuate uterus has a heart-shaped structure with a partial separation, causing potential issues during pregnancy as it may not fully expand to accommodate a growing baby.

It has been explained that individuals with this condition have an increased risk of miscarrying.

During the interview, it was also revealed that Haddish may be dealing with endometriosis, a condition where uterine tissue grows outside the uterus, leading to pain, inflammation, and bleeding.

Despite her challenges, Haddish has chosen to keep her reproductive history private, sharing it only with a close friend. She expressed a preference for dealing with difficult times away from public scrutiny.

Her busy work schedule in 2021 hindered her adoption process even though she attended parenting classes in preparation for the means of becoming a mother.

The ‘Girls Trip’ star believes that bringing a child into her life requires undivided attention and dedication, emphasizing her desire to be fully present as a mother, offering the child her love and knowledge.

As she continues to navigate her journey toward parenthood, Tiffany Haddish remains strong and resilient, determined to find the right path to motherhood.

According to Haddish, her split from Common was more of him saying, ‘I think this relationship has run its course’.

Tiffany Haddish was telling her side of the story regarding her 2021 breakup from Common.

Over a year and a half after the ‘Haunted Mansion’ actress, 43, and rapper/actor, 51, went their separate ways, Haddish claimed that the split wasn’t mutual.

She added:

“It was more him saying, ‘I think this relationship has run its course’. And I was like, ‘Okay. Like you gonna be a 50-year-old single man. Okay?’ ”.

Haddish revealed that she and Common were dating in August 2020.

Common himself however said in December 2021 that the split was “mutual”.

He said:

“I came to the understanding that this is what’s gonna be best for us. To still continue to love each other and be there for each other is to not be in a romantic relationship because we won’t be able to give to that. I don’t want to be one foot in, one foot out”.

Common

Haddish has not publicly confirmed a new romance since she and Common (real name: Lonnie Rashid Lynn) went their separate ways.

The following month, the Girls Trip actress admitted to missing Common “from time to time”, during an appearance in an interview.

Haddish added:

“But that’s with, I think, any intimate relationship that you might have, you miss them. But I’m fine with it. It’s cool. I wish him nothing but joy and happiness. He will always be cool”.

She later said:

“I’m dating me, I’m enjoying my options, but I’m not bringing none of them to no carpets. They haven’t earned that privilege”.

“I would love to have a partner to experience it with. But also, I guess I’ve been alone for so long. And so used to being abandoned, I expect it. Which is sad, right?”.
