Dr. Mustapha Abdul-Hamid, the adept Chief Executive Officer of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), has once again secured the prestigious position of President of the African Refiners and Distributors Association (ARDA) for a second consecutive term.

This resounding reelection was formally endorsed during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ARDA, which convened in Cape Town, South Africa. Dr. Abdul-Hamid’s renomination by the Executive Secretary and subsequent unanimous approval by the Executive Committee underlined the overwhelming confidence the association places in his leadership.
